Raleigh office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an estate and trust attorney with 1-3 years of experience drafting estate documents including wills and trusts and implementing estate plans. The candidate will work with the Firm?s estate department to research, plan, implement, and draft, high-level planning, and estate documents. Will work in a team environment with the firm?s attorneys and CPAs to provide the top level of service and product to the Firm?s long-term clients. Be working with the estate team to research and implement estate plans for families of significant wealth. Be applying rules governing estate, gift, GST, and income taxation of trusts and estates. Drafting, editing, assembling, and executing Estate Documents. Must have light trust accounting knowledge. Some financial, accounting or business background is a plus. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) essential.
