**Job Title:** Litigation Attorney

**Experience:** dealing with corporate and commercial disputes.

**Responsibilities:**

- Take depositions, write motions and witness prep
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Prepare legal memoranda, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents
- Research and analyze complex legal questions
- Draft and negotiate contracts, settlements, and other legal documents
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
- Represent clients in court and in other legal proceedings
- Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and court decisions to ensure compliance

**Qualifications:**

- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- dealing with corporate and commercial disputes
- Admitted to practice law in the state of practice
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
