Walsworth Law Firm is seeking an experienced trial attorney to join their team in their San Francisco, Orange County, or Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have significant civil defense litigation experience and jury trial experience in the areas of general liability, products liability, and/or asbestos/toxic tort.

Compensation:
The annual base salary for this position starts at $170,000 to $200,000+, depending on years of experience and trial experience. Additionally, the firm offers a robust bonus program ranging from $10,000 – $30,000+.

Requirements:
• Admitted to the State Bar of California
• Significant civil defense litigation experience and jury trial experience in the areas of general liability (., premises liability, personal injury, automobile/trucking accidents, construction defect, habitability matters, etc.), products liability, and/or asbestos/toxic tort
• Extensive experience conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing and arguing motions, attending mediations or arbitrations, and preparing for trial
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Ability to make in-person appearances on cases when needed, including to attend trial
