Law Firm Seeking Product Liability Associate in Philadelphia, PA

Eckert Seamans, a top national law firm with over 65 years of success, is hiring a Product Liability Associate for our Philadelphia office. With a network of 15 offices and a team of approximately 300 lawyers, we provide proactive and solution-oriented counsel to our clients. If you have 3-5 years of litigation experience and are licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Independently manage a variety of active product liability cases
- Conduct legal research and write memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
- Attend depositions and court hearings as necessary

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of litigation experience
- Product liability experience preferred
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania (required)
- Licensed to practice in New Jersey (preferred)
