We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced part-time staff attorney to join Nutter's Litigation Department in Boston. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in product liability litigation, specifically toxic tort cases. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating a significant case load, as well as working with local counsel offices across the country.

As part of a team of attorneys serving as National Coordinating Counsel for a client with a considerable case load, the staff attorney will play a vital role in ensuring the success of the client's legal matters. This position offers a flexible schedule, with a minimum of 20 hours per week required.

The ideal candidate will be organized, thoughtful, and have a proactive approach to handling assigned cases. They must also possess strong research skills and have experience drafting discovery responses and motions. The staff attorney will also be responsible for managing deadlines and engaging in strategic thinking to make a positive contribution to the team.
