- Utilize superb negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Work as part of a team to solve problems and support each other

Requirements and Skills:

- Full-time availability
- 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably with First Party Property Damage cases
- Member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- Knowledge of how to evaluate claims
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
