Summary

Law Firm is looking for a Business Litigation Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the field and excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities will include document review, legal research, preparation and drafting of pleadings, discovery, motions and memoranda of law, client relations and communications, deposition, hearing, mediation, and trial preparation and attendance. The successful candidate will have Business Litigation experience, significant document review via an electronic review platform, and experience with Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and a document management system like FileSite. The salary for this position is commensurate with experience.
