Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice regarding privacy and security obligations
- Advise on state, federal, and international data security incident notification obligations
- Defend regulatory investigations related to privacy and security
- Manage complex workloads and prioritize tasks effectively
- Collaborate with technical teams and effectively communicate key issues and findings to non-technical stakeholders
