This position will involve working with regional, national, and multinational clients to provide proactive and reactive privacy and data protection compliance services, including advising on data security incidents and regulatory investigations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice regarding privacy and security obligations
- Advise on state, federal, and international data security incident notification obligations
- Defend regulatory investigations related to privacy and security
- Manage complex workloads and prioritize tasks effectively
- Collaborate with technical teams and effectively communicate key issues and findings to non-technical stakeholders

Desired Skills and Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in law firm or in-house privacy and cybersecurity breach response work, or litigation experience with a focus on privacy and cybersecurity
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of data privacy and security laws
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
