## Construction & Public Contracts Associate - Hinckley Allen Law Firm

Hinckley Allen Law Firm is looking for a mid-level associate to join their team of attorneys representing construction clients. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial. The candidate should also have experience with e-discovery and experience litigating various types of construction disputes, such as delay and disruption claims, payment disputes, and breach of contract claims. Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is required.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for the candidate to assume significant responsibility and hands-on experience in a collaborative, sophisticated, and team-oriented work environment. The associate will evaluate, manage, and monitor significant complex disputes and litigation matters on a national basis, engage in risk management of potential claims, develop litigation and resolution strategies, report to clients, manage local counsel, experts and collaborate with multiple entities.

Candidates must have:
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills
- An excellent academic record
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team
- A Massachusetts Bar Admission
- 4-6 years of experience taking and defending depositions
- Experience drafting and arguing dispositive motions
- Experience preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial
- Experience with e-discovery
- Experience litigating various types of construction disputes

Salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
