Responsibilities:
- Handle real estate transactions including acquisitions, sales, leasing, joint ventures, and financing
- Assist with hotel and resort projects and/or development projects
- Conduct legal research and draft documents
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and team members

Qualifications:
- Two to four years of real estate transactional experience
- Experience in a large law firm preferred
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent academic credentials

Salary:
- Annualized range of $235,000 to $310,000
