Litigation Attorney - Orlando, FL - $80,000-$120,000 per year

- Highly active Litigation Team handling a variety of cases throughout Florida
- Opportunity to work on numerous jury trials each year
- Focus on being a litigator and Trial Attorney without worrying about the business side of the firm

- Compensation includes base salary and guaranteed bonus structure based on fees obtained
- Full-time position requiring 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience and trial experience

Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in personal injury and property damage cases, from pre-suit to trial
- Work with a team of legal assistants and paralegals to manage a caseload of approximately 35-40 files
- Conduct motion practice, fact and expert witness depositions, and general discovery
- Communicate effectively with clients and co-workers
- Prioritize client customer service and representation

Requirements and Skills:

- Member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience and trial experience
- General litigation experience, including motion practice and discovery
- Strong communication and people skills
- Bilingualism is a plus
- Experience with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask and prioritize
