Salary: The anticipated annual salary wage range for this position is $140,000 - $175,000, with the final salary dependent on factors such as experience, education, and industry experience. Responsibilities: • Represent public entities in litigation, including civil writs. • Handle governance and accountability issues, including open meeting and public records requirements. • Utilize excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills. • Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters arising in representing public entities. • Experience presenting before governing boards is preferred. • Prior school district representation is a plus.
