Law Firm Seeking Personal Injury Attorney in Dallas, TX

The Matian Firm, APC, a civil litigation firm specializing in personal injury cases, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team in Dallas, TX. As an Associate Attorney at our firm, you will have the opportunity to focus on case strategy and professional development, while being supported by advanced technology and mentorship from senior attorneys. Responsibilities:

- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters in litigation
- Draft legal documents, including complaints and meet and confer letters
- Prepare clients for depositions and other hearings
- Take and defend depositions
- Respond to motions, including dispositive motions
- Attend court appearances and assist with trial preparation
- Negotiate settlements for personal injury cases
- Direct and support investigation on assigned litigation matters
- Assess potential and current matters for valuation purposes

Qualifications:

- 1-4 years of experience in Personal Injury Law
- Strong background in Personal Injury Litigation, including pre-litigation case management and discovery
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
- Juris Doctor degree and current good standing with CA State Bar required
- Workers Compensation experience a plus
