Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP, a leading law firm in the United States, is seeking a highly qualified Counsel track attorney to join its Mass Torts Practice Group in Winston-Salem, NC. This position offers a unique opportunity for growth and learning in a dynamic and evolving field of law. The successful candidate will be part of a team of regulatory attorneys and scientists, providing support to clients regulated by the . Food and Drug Administration.

Responsibilities
• Conduct research and apply laws, court decisions, scientific literature, and administrative agency documents to provide exceptional advocacy and counsel
• Collaborate and cooperate with attorneys, scientists, paralegals, legal practice assistants, and staff
• Attend conferences, regulatory meetings, and other proceedings as necessary

Requirements
• Excellent law school and undergraduate academic credentials
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Federal regulatory submissions and compliance experience
• Experience with the Administrative Procedure Act and notice and comment rulemaking
• Strong scientific and technical background

Additional Considerations
• Willingness to learn new areas of adjacent law
• Flexibility to support dynamic client needs
• Candidates with experience in some areas and willingness to learn others will be considered

Location and Work Arrangements
• Location: Winston-Salem, NC
• Work arrangements: Full-time on-site work preferred, though hybrid configurations of 1-2 days per week may be considered

Qualifications
• Must be licensed in North Carolina, willing to take the next available North Carolina bar exam, or be eligible to seek admission without examination
• Must be willing to travel for conferences, regulatory meetings, and other proceedings as necessary
