Salt Lake City office of our client seeks an e-discovery/document review attorney with 1+ years of personal injury experience. The candidate will assist with discovery activities, primarily document review on hosted platforms. From time to time, they may also take on other tasks, including deposition preparation, trial support, and motion drafting. Perform substantive document review, generally on document review platforms such as Relativity, DISCO, etc. Review and code documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, issues, and privilege. Assist with the preparation of privilege and redaction logs as well as challenges to privilege. Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned. Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar Association. Prior E-Discovery / Document Review experience is preferred. Must have a law degree from a fully accredited law school.
