Shulman Rogers, a full-service law firm with over 100 attorneys, is seeking a Commercial/Landlord-Tenant Litigation Attorney for their Potomac, MD office. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience as an attorney with general civil and real estate litigation experience, and general management of case files.

Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse range of routine commercial/Landlord-Tenant court hearings
- Ensure compliance with housing-related regulations
- Engage in dispute resolution and, if necessary, litigation proceedings
- Assist during all phases of the litigation process, from investigating claims to trial
- Prepare and draft a variety of dispute or litigation-related documents
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing attorneys, and other team members
- Conduct legal research using various tools and software

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the DC state bar (VA and MD a plus) and in good standing
- Minimum of three years of experience practicing litigation, landlord tenant based litigation a plus
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software
