As an Associate Attorney at our law firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of legal assignments, utilizing your knowledge and experience to achieve resolutions for our clients. Our ideal candidate is a highly ethical and professional individual who is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and promoting diversity within and outside of our firm. We are looking for someone who is organized, analytical, and possesses strong writing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent clients at legal proceedings, including negotiations and litigation
- Research and interpret laws, regulations, and rulings to formulate legal opinions
- Prepare and review legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, and correspondence
- Develop strategies and arguments for cases
- Build relationships with clients and promote the firm within the community

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor Degree (.) and 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong ability to analyze complex documents and respond effectively to inquiries
- Proficiency in calculating figures and amounts
- Knowledge of relevant laws, legal codes, and procedures
- Current, valid state license to practice law in Ohio
