## Carlton Fields is Seeking an Experienced IP Associate

Carlton Fields is a law firm that is currently seeking an Intellectual Property (IP) associate with three or more years of patent litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and practical judgment.

The IP associate will be responsible for effectively managing day-to-day litigation tasks and independently preparing pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and effectively communicating with other lawyers. Experience taking and defending depositions is a plus.

Applicants must be currently admitted to practice in Florida, Georgia, or New York. A USPTO registration number or technical background is strongly preferred. Patent and trademark litigation and prosecution experience is a plus.

## Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $210,000.
