Responsibilities:

- Provide legal representation and support to clients in familial legal matters, such as divorce, child custody, and adoption.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and represent clients in court proceedings.
- Engage in client counseling and participate in negotiation sessions.
- Collaborate with the Regional Managing Attorney and mentor a team of legal professionals.
- Achieve billable hour requirements and ensure accurate client billing.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of family or matrimonial law experience preferred.
- Membership in good standing with the New York State Bar required.
- Proficiency in managing sensitive legal matters and knowledge of New York Family Court Act and Domestic Relations Law necessary.
- Excellent writing and organizational skills, as well as a positive attitude and ability to resolve conflicts.
- Effective advocacy skills and ability to maintain empathy and professionalism in interactions with colleagues and clients.

Compensation:

- $100,000 - $120,000 base salary with potential for quarterly bonuses.
