Job Duties:

• Represent clients in National Labor Relations Board trials

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree
• Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of California
• Minimum of 3+ years of traditional labor experience
• Excellent analytical and writing skills
• Strong public speaking skills
• Outstanding academic credentials preferred (Top 25% of class)

Education and Certifications:
