About the Role:
As a Finance associate, you will have the chance to work closely with our team of over 60 lawyers, representing major banks, leasing companies, airlines, hedge funds, private equity firms, and other investors in complex international and domestic transactions. You will have the opportunity to participate in business development and client-facing activities, as well as collaborate with shareholders and other experienced colleagues. Key Responsibilities:
• Work on a diverse range of complex international and domestic transactions
• Represent major clients in the financing, leasing, acquisition and disposition, restructuring, and enforcement of aviation, rail, maritime, and general equipment assets
• Collaborate with shareholders and other experienced colleagues
• Participate in business development and client-facing activities

Requirements:
• 2-5 years of transactional experience at a law firm
• Experience in one or more of the following: securitization, leveraged finance, secured lending, capital markets, private equity, project finance, structured finance, real estate finance, aviation
• Strong contract drafting and negotiating skills
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
