Law Firm Seeking Experienced Patent Litigation Associate in Multiple Offices (Los Angeles, CA; Minneapolis, MN; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Pittsburgh, PA; Princeton, NJ; Washington, .) Are you a highly skilled and experienced Patent Litigation Associate looking for a new opportunity? Look no further, as Fox Rothschild, a reputable law firm, has an opening for this position in multiple offices across the country. In this role, you will handle a variety of intellectual property matters, including drafting briefs, motions, and other legal documents related to patent issues. This is a great opportunity for someone with four to six years of experience in patent litigation to join a dynamic and growing team. As a Patent Litigation Associate, you will work closely with clients and other attorneys to provide strategic legal advice and representation in complex patent disputes. You must have a and be licensed to practice in the state where the office is located. In addition, we are looking for candidates with a strong academic record, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry, Biology, or Mechanical Engineering. Preference will be given to those with USPTO registration and experience in post-grant trials at the USPTO PTAB. The salary for this position ranges from $205,000 to $260,000 in California and $210,000 to $265,000 in New York, taking into consideration various factors such as experience, education, and location.
