Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and support on asset based financing transactions
• Represent arrangers, agents, and lenders in middle market and larger cash flow transactions
• Work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic solutions
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to ensure successful outcomes for clients
• Utilize leadership skills to mentor and coach junior associates

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in asset based financing transactions
• Experience in middle market and larger cash flow transactions
• Preference for representation of arrangers, agents, and lenders
• Excellent academic credentials and communication skills
• Experience in a large law firm preferred
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work well with others
• Comfortable working directly with clients
