Position Description:

- Join a dynamic, top-tier health care practice renowned for its integrated professional services approach
- Ranked nationally in Chambers, with Band 1 and Band 2 rankings in New York and California, and additional Tier 1 and Tier 2 rankings in the Legal 500
- Work on some of the largest and most sophisticated health care transactions, involving a wide variety of deal structures and participants across the industry
- Strong interest and enthusiasm for health care issues and trends
- Minimum six years of strong health care transactional experience, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and joint ventures for health care stakeholders
- Experience with health industry contracting, state licensure, and corporate governance preferred
- Regulatory experience in areas such as fraud and abuse, state licensure, corporate practice of medicine/fee splitting rules, managed care, and health care antitrust
- Multidisciplinary team approach, with opportunities to develop close relationships with significant players in the health care industry
- Values collaboration, sharing, and teamwork

- California Bar membership in good standing

Requirements:
