Job Responsibilities:

- Reviewing and filing bankruptcy pleadings and claims
- Managing routine bankruptcy matters
- Monitoring electronic bankruptcy filings
- Attending regular bankruptcy hearings
- Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and Trustees
- Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Intermediate to advanced-level computer and office skills
- Strong interpersonal skills

Experience and Education:

- Law degree (JD)
- Active Pennsylvania bar license
