Job Title Intake Attorney Zinda Law Group is Hiring an Intake Attorney Zinda Law Group, a rapidly growing and prestigious personal injury law firm, is seeking a dynamic and intelligent Intake Attorney to join our team in our Austin, TX office. This person must be able to work 9am-6pm CST Monday through Friday and is able to sit remotely. At ZLG, we pride ourselves on our skills, compassion, and commitment to helping those in need. This position will be the first line of contact for potential clients, will conduct fact-finding interviews with prospective clients to determine if potential cases fall within the scope of our practice areas, and will be responsible for all duties related to the intake of new clients and initial client meetings. ## Responsibilities - Assist our intake team with evaluating cases for sign up with the firm; - Speak with potential new clients to answer questions and evaluate their case; - Act as an attorney rep for the firm and sell our services to potential new clients to secure the sign up for wanted cases, escalate to a senior attorney as necessary; - Review contracts with new clients and communicate next steps; - Follow intake processes to set up new cases and communicate sign ups to the firm and the attorney team assigned. ## Qualifications and Experience - 1+ year of experience as a practicing attorney; Preferred experience managing personal injury cases; - 1+ year of experience doing intake or sales; - Ability to vet and research incoming potential cases based on firm guidelines; - Ability to sell the Firm’s strengths and capabilities while managing expectations and convincing potential clients to sign; - Must have a positive attitude, good listening skills, and the ability to express empathy; - Strong understanding of technology and ability to adapt to new processes; - Attorney candidate must have JD from an ABA-accredited law school and must be an active member in good standing of any . state bar; Paralegal candidate must have bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate; - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required; ## Compensation & Benefits - $58,000-$120,000 with bonus potential, depending on experience; - Paid time off (20 days) and 10 paid holidays; - IRA plan with company contribution match (up to 3% match); - Medical, vision, and dental insurance (90% of Medical covered by the firm); - Paid parental leave. - Opportunities for ongoing training and mentoring by our outstanding team; - Opportunities to advance and grow within the firm ## Firm Philosophy It is our belief at Zinda Law Group that every member of our team is valuable and should have the opportunity for a financially and personally fulfilling career.
