Overview:
- Gravis Law is seeking a Family Law Attorney II with 4-6 years of experience in Family Law.
- This mid-level attorney will receive a substantial portion of their work through lead generation and marketing efforts, as well as referrals from other attorneys in the firm.
- The successful candidate will have access to coaching and support services for business development and networking.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct mediations and trials
- Research and analyze complex legal issues
- Prepare legal documents such as memorandums, briefs, and letters
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
- Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and colleagues
- Manage a high volume of cases with strong organizational and time management skills
- Market services to prospective clients
- Perform discovery and due diligence in legal matters
- Manage a schedule to meet production goals, including outside of core hours and weekends
- Close consultations at a rate of 30-50% depending on practice area
- Timely approval of invoices is critical to the health of the business
- Ensure support staff are fully utilized and productive
- Actively engage in personal and firm branding through blogs, social media, and community involvement
- Seek positive feedback and reviews from satisfied clients
- Advise and communicate with clients
- Other job-related duties as assigned

Salary and Benefits:
- Annual salary range of $110,000 - $120,000+ based on experience

Requirements:
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
- Strong legal research abilities
- Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school
- Admission (or eligibility for reciprocal admission) to the bar in the state of practice
- 4-6 years of experience as an attorney
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training may be substituted

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- Standard office environment
- Regular, punctual attendance is required
- Occasional weekend and holiday work, on-call availability, and overnight travel may be required
