As a Senior Legal Counsel at Fragomen, you will be heavily involved in providing legal counsel and assistance to the firm's . offices, as well as working on international projects with our OGC colleagues in EMEA, LatAm and APAC. This role requires a strong background in M&A, high volume international commercial contract negotiations, and exceptional drafting skills.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead international commercial contract matters, draft and negotiate client and vendor contracts, and work on general corporate transactional matters. You will also have the chance to contribute to the firm's global expansion initiatives by working on lateral hires, mergers and acquisitions, and other innovative expansion opportunities. About the Role of Senior Legal Counsel at Fragomen

The Senior Legal Counsel at Fragomen will report to the Associate General Counsel for North America and will be responsible for providing legal counsel and assistance to the firm's . offices. This role will also involve working with OGC colleagues in EMEA, LatAm and APAC on additional international projects. The successful candidate will have a background in mergers & acquisitions, high volume international commercial contract negotiations, and exceptional drafting skills.

Make a Difference as Senior Legal Counsel at Fragomen

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by assisting with the development, approach and strategies for the firm's global expansion initiatives. This includes working on lateral hires, mergers and acquisitions, and legal and corporate governance for opening new offices or entering into joint ventures. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead international commercial contract matters, respond to client compliance requests, and work on ad hoc projects.

Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and commitment to producing high quality work product are also essential for this role.
