Position Overview:

As an Associate Attorney in our Civil Litigation practice, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases, including contract disputes, personal injury claims, construction defect, and more. You will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and representing clients in court. Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Manage all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, trial preparation, and court appearances.
Represent clients in court and at depositions.
Collaborate with experienced partners and team members on challenging cases.
Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional client service.
Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends through continuing education programs and participation in industry conferences and seminars.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active member of the Nevada State Bar, in good standing.
Demonstrated experience in civil litigation, preferably within a law firm setting.
Experience in the courtroom and taking depositions; trial experience, a plus.
Strong legal research and writing skills, with attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage a caseload independently, while also working collaboratively with team members.
Client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes.
