Experience Information:

7+ years of experience in commercial and residential foreclosure
Experience in Washington, DC and Maryland foreclosures
Experience in bankruptcy drafting and filing
Experience in handling creditor's rights collection matters

Duties:

Preparing foreclosure notices and docketing materials
Handling all aspects of foreclosure from referral to post-closing
Communicating with courts and administrators
Managing administrative staff
Preparing bankruptcy filings
Reviewing title reports and preparing title claims

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and other title-industry based software
Strong organizational skills
Willingness to assist with administrative work overflow
Great team attitude
Strong research, writing, and analytic skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
