The candidate will utilize data-driven technology and a specialized workflow process to provide superior service to clients, without the demands of a shareholder-track position. Conduct initial factual investigations into new litigation matters, draft answers and corporate disclosure statements, and provide recommendations and suggestions for case strategy. Draft early case evaluations, provide information and analysis to the case team, and draft settlement agreements if a case settles. Should ideally have 8+ years of employment litigation experience and an active Bar license in the state of residence.
