Experience Information:

3-5 years of experience in real estate, foreclosure, and/or creditors' rights law preferred.
Knowledge of the national mortgage servicing industry and standard client software is a plus.
Familiarity with secured creditor bankruptcy issues is beneficial.
Strong understanding of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Kentucky Attorney at Reimer Law Co., you will be responsible for representing clients at hearings in multiple counties, managing a significant caseload, and drafting legal documents. You will also work closely with our team to provide excellent service to our clients.

Requirements:

To be successful in this position, you must have a and be admitted to practice law in Kentucky. Admission to practice in Ohio and/or West Virginia is a plus. Additionally, 3-5 years of experience in real estate, foreclosure, and/or creditors' rights law is preferred.
