H1: Tax Associate Opportunity at Law Firm

Law Firm is looking for a Tax Associate to join their growing team in London. This role will be working with the global practice co-chair, Sandy Bhogal and Ben Fryer in London and with our tax teams based in the US, Paris and Munich.

H2: Responsibilities

- Provide large multinational corporations, publicly traded and private companies, investment funds, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, partnerships, joint ventures and startups with state-of-the-art tax advice
- Detect tax concerns early and devise innovative and practical solutions for the best possible results
- Develop deep capabilities in a variety of sub-specialties, including cross-border practice, litigation and administration representation, investment funds and general tax advice
- Express complex tax matters clearly and succinctly

H2: Qualifications

- 2-4 years of post-qualification experience
- Experience in a top tier tax practice
- Cross-border experience on transactions or advisory mandates
- Strong academic record
- Hardworking
