Qualifications: Students enrolled at least half-time in undergraduate, graduate, or law programs, in good academic standing

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on environmental and administrative law issues
- Draft legal memoranda, briefs, and motions
- Assist with discovery in active federal cases
- Participate in conference calls and strategy sessions with other agency counsel and Justice Department lawyers
