Collier Engineering Company, Inc. is a privately owned consulting engineering firm based in Nashville, Tennessee. The company was founded in 1981 by the late Mr. James L. Collier, which instilled the knowledge and commitment to service that the company thrives on today. Our staff of engineers, technicians, GIS specialists, inspectors, site staking experts, and support personnel provides complete engineering services for state, local and county governments, as well as private clients. Our primary expertise is the planning, designing, and managing of construction projects in the fields of transportation, construction management and civil design. Additionally, Collier has recently expanded its staff and scope of services so we can help local governments benefit from the use of geographic information systems (GIS) and "GIS-centric" tools for managing the maintenance of infrastructure assets.
