LL.M. Program Excels with Outstanding Services and Support USC's LL.M. Program began only three years ago, yet is known as one of the best in the country. The LL.M. Program officially began in Fall 2002 with 12 LL.M. students. Currently there are 41 students enrolled in the program. The LL.M. class of 2005-2006 is estimated for 50 students. The LL.M.
