There is a lot I have learned while working here and a lot that I continue to learn each and every day, which I love.

There tends to be an environment that new individuals have to prove themselves and I think the firm would be better off without that.

The firm needs to find a balance between work and away time. Start by offering more flexible hours for employees so that burnout is lessened.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm goes out of above expectations to make sure you feel accomplished and prideful in the effort you provide. The staff works with you to make sure you are equip to bringing out the best in you. Challenging, but rewarding, this firm is a great place for employees to feel like they belong. The staff here is an absolute delight.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work is demanding and requires you to put in much effort. It is hard to find a balance with regular life and work here because you are constantly working in and out of the firm.
