What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Continue to offer an academic program that is (1) highly demanding; (2) brings together the theoretical and practical to produce thoughtful and talented lawyers; (3) utilizes the talents of a faculty that is profoundly committed to students and teaching; (4) views the practice of law as a calling to serve others; and (5) offers a Christian perspective on law and justice.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
With an exceptionally high bar passage and job placement rate Campbell University is a highly demanding, purposely small, intensely personal community of faculty and students whose aim, guided by transcendent values, is to develop lawyers who possess moral conviction, social compassion and professional competence, and who view the practice of law as a calling to serve others and to create a more just society.
What did you not like about this institution?
There are no negatives to report other than the traffic in and around the law school, and lack of parking, which is being addressed with plans for additional space in the near future.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Administration and staff are all personally dedicated to the success of the students they serve and there are no personnel who lack enthusiasm for this mission.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Campbell University provides students with a wealth of opportunities that enrich their educational experience. Raleigh and the Research Triangle are repeatedly cited in national surveys as one of the best areas for starting a new career or business, for excellence in education (from public schools to post graduate studies), and for an enjoyable quality of life.
