Pacific Concepts is a multi-faceted real estate development, commercial real estate brokerage, civil engineering and property management company specializing in real estate development in the private sector of the Nevada market.
President and 100% shareholder of Pacific Concepts, Jaimee Yoshizawa, received her bachelor of science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Hawaii in 1993. Ms. Yoshizawa founded Pacific Concepts after gaining valuable development experience through civil engineering in the public and private sectors of Hawaii and Nevada and commercial real estate brokerage in Nevada. She registered as a professional civil engineer in 1997 in Nevada. Two years later, Ms. Yoshizawa also registered as a real estate broker, and a year later, a property manager. She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), making her a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate.
