Part-time Legal Intern- PLT Work Experience Placement
The intern should be law student (eg 1 – 2 days per week during the November 2016 – February 2017 and/or June 2017 – July 2017 University holidays). Duties and responsibilities will include: legal research; drafting and filing court documents; preparing Affidavits and all other court documents; blogging for the firm’s website; and attending to family and criminal law matters.
Practical Legal Training
The candidate will gain a broad exposure to all areas of litigation and legal practice including Family Law, Criminal Law, Civil Law, Environment and Planning Law, Family Provisions and a diverse cross section of litigation. Will have exposure to actual files along side solicitors who appear in all Court in their own right. Must be a graduate.
