The candidate will be involved in a wide range of practical tasks such as drafting documents, assisting with legal research, filing, attending settlements, liaising with clients and providing general support to the lawyers. Required to provide assistance with company’s litigation matters, and to a lesser extent, family law and conveyancing matters. Must have completed the law degree.

The candidate will work on a part-time basis for 1-2 days/week. Will obtain experience within the legal industry. The law student will observe and assist solicitors in the areas of family law, litigation and conveyancing. Due to the nature of practice, will be required to be able to converse fluently in Mandarin.

The candidate should have good academics grades. Final year university law student or college of law student who is interested in starting a legal career in a law firm on a full or part time basis.
The candidate will assist with the class action and tasks associated with its management. Tasks will include: research, file management, administrative duties and clerical duties.

The candidate should preferably assist 2-3 days per week and willing to assist with ad-hoc administrative duties as well as legal research and assistance. Should preferably in final year of degree and or completing PLT course.
The candidate will be: Drafting general correspondence, statements and subpoenas. Attending to research, searches and court filing. Preparing draft briefs and possibly attending court and tribunals in relation to the return of subpoenas and summons.
Schedule: 3 days/week
The applicants will work closely with solicitors enables to learn continuously and gain hands on experiences among a variety of areas of practice ranges from immigration law, business and commercial law to family laws and criminal law. Will be involved in various matters and exposure to international clients.
Seeking Law students and the students who are interested in law. The working hours are flexible. Candidate can work either full-time or part-time to finish PLT coursework. But a minimum of two or three days a week is preferred. Will be exposed to a range of activities including property law, conveyancing, family law, migration law and litigation.
