Keep working on employee retention. Implement a formal training program and things will go much smoother. Give the support staff a raise.
Some really great people work here. The salary is decent and the perks are above average. There is a real team atmosphere here.
Lack of transparency is a big issue. There is not a formal training program. You are just supposed to know everything from day one.
I think that the leadership team should pay more attention to the culture of the firm and do what they can to stop toxic employees from polluting the atmosphere.
The leadership team really cares about developing their associates in order to build value at the firm. There is a comprehensive training and development program in place and upward mobility is high.
The pay could probably be improved and there are some toxic employees that make things bad for everyone else. The work environment really isn't that bad, however.
Thank you.
