Advice to law firm management: I think that the leadership team should pay more attention to the culture of the firm and do what they can to stop toxic employees from polluting the atmosphere.
Pros: The leadership team really cares about developing their associates in order to build value at the firm. There is a comprehensive training and development program in place and upward mobility is high.
Cons: The pay could probably be improved and there are some toxic employees that make things bad for everyone else. The work environment really isn't that bad, however.
