The firm should focus on increasing the salary of employees. The varied work schedule is something the firm should continue to offer. The firm should offer guidance to employees who want to advance in their careers.
The law firm has created an environment in which the employees make themselves available to offer support to one another. The hours of work may vary and gives opportunities to balance both work and life as working from home is an option.
The law firm does fall short in offering a more interesting degree of work. The wage amount per work is very low. The firm does not do a great job of guiding employees through careers and what is required from them.
Communicate a lot more effectively. Offer a larger pay increase.
The people here are great. Management is approachable and willing to help employees.
As the firm has gotten so big, it's hard to know anyone there. Management doesn't care about the workforce or people.
Great place to start out. They pay great and have top notch benefits. They also let you get your fee in the door with the big players. But it is hard to move up past that. You might be better off working here for a while and then using your connections to get a job somewhere else. Very few people are here for the long run.
Large but hard to move up
Very hard if not impossible to become a shareholder in the firm. It is very much a big law firm and you are going to stay in your position for many years. It is run more like a Fortune 500 company than a law firm.
Thank you.
