Advice to law firm management:
I wish that this firm would take a long, hard look at the benefits package, especially the health insurance. The pay is pretty good, but having substandard health coverage leaves a sour taste in my mouth.
Pros:
Everyone at this firm is knowledgeable and professional, from the associates to the leadership team. The work environment is relaxed and authentic, and people seem to genuinely care about one another. The training program here is very good, and everyone is given an opportunity to develop themselves.
Cons:
The pay here is good, but the benefits aren't. This is especially true when it comes to health insurance. The plans offered are lackluster and expensive, with high deductibles and copays.

Advice to law firm management:
I recommend that management come up with better benefits and insurance for employees. If you don't, some of our best employees could potentially leave for one of our competitors.
Pros:
This firm offers a great training program for new employees. I also love that the pay is very fair and my co-workers are some of the best people in the industry.
Cons:
The benefits package is below the standard for our industry. Also, the health insurance is overpriced and not very good.
