The leadership team really needs to consider doing something about the office environment. Some people thrive in competition, but it's not for everyone.

The salary and benefits offered by this firm made are at the very top of the market, and this attracts some very talented lawyers. The bonus structure is pretty good and the perks are a nice touch.

The office environment here is very stuffy and competitive, and there is very little trust between associates. Leadership is perceived as stuck up and there is very little social interaction between the partners and the rest of the firm.
