Excellent Pay

I would like to see better management put into place so that the work load is better balanced throughout the weeks and the months. This way there is always work to be done without being overwhelmed.

The starting pay is excellent and the benefits (such as 401K) are top notch. I also found everyone to be very helpful and the work environment was very laid back.

The overall work load on a day to day basis had too much variance. On some days I would have to work well past my normal hours into the night. During other day's I was left with nothing to do.

Great Upward Mobility

I think management should focus on reducing the caseload and putting programs in place to prevent associates and support staff from burning out.

This is a large firm, but all employees are given opportunities to advance into better positions. This goes for support staff as well as associates.

Caseloads here are pretty high and it's easy to become overwhelmed and burn out. There isn't really a lot of support to prevent issues with work/life balance.
