Grow a thick skin and don't take things personally when things are said. If you want something be sure to make it known and don't expect things to just land in your lap. You have to give to get.
The work environment is a good one and the office staff really is attentive to your needs. You can get help from just about everyone when you need it. This is a good place to gain experience without working yourself into the ground.
The firm is slow on its promises and sometimes will make promises knowing that they will not follow through. There is a lack of communication on what is expected at times and that can cause tempers to flare. There have been a few times when the tension was so bad that you just want to leave.
