What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Instead of letting people go try to spread the work out and maybe hire interns for more of the easier aspects of the job.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm has an established reputation of having been in the business for a longtime. It has a presence that people recognize. They have a great benefits package.
What did you not like about this institution?
The firm has let a lot of people go over the years in an effort to make their workforce smaller. This has made the workload heavier for others.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm should consider stretching their long weeks into the shorter weeks, this way employees won't feel burnt out or that they have too little of work to do.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This law firm offers a great work environment that always feels calm and comfortable. Staff and management are very friendly and you always feel at ease when you walk in the door.
What did you not like about this institution?
My only issues with this firm are the hours. They can be so back and forth at times with short weeks followed by incredibly long weeks. It would be nice if the work was more consistent.

Institute a formal training program. Encourage people to cooperate and actually talk to each other. It's 2017. Treat women as equals.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Flexible work options including the ability to work from home. Required amount of billable hours is comparable to other firms this size.
What did you not like about this institution?
There isn't much mentorship going on or defined procedures related to advancements and raises which can leave you feeling adrift and completely alone. This place has a rather prevailing sexism problem.
