As a former associate attorney with more than three years of experience at White & Case LLP in New York, NY, I have a unique understanding of the company culture and work environment. My time at the firm was marked by a number of challenges, including poor allocation of work and responsibility, a toxic work culture among management and seniors, and a lack of support and development opportunities for associates. Associates at White & Case are treated as mere cogs in a machine, with little to no oversight. The firm places a heavy emphasis on billable hours, with no regard for personal career development or growth. The exit opportunities compared to peer firms were relatively poor, and the firm lacked any meaningful system for associate development. Given these experiences, I would like to offer the following recommendation to the management at White & Case. It is important to pay attention to the decline in firm morale and to consider why this is happening.
Close the office before somebody suits.
Good salary.
Awful environment, specially if you are a woman or any minority for that matter. Lots of sexual harassment from partners and associates, and misogynist attitudes. No career development.

Good pay
There needs to be training of management to better communicate within the department to make sure everyone is communicating collectively. The environment which staff and employees have created should be something that should be maintained.
A law firm in which the environment offers the opportunity gain experience. The space at the law firm is pleasant and is composed of hard working staff and employees.
The law firm falls short because of the lack of respect for employees and staff privacy. There seems to be a lack of communication in the law firm.
Offer more opportunities for advancement within the firm.
They have an international reputation for their success as a firm. The lawyers are some of the best in the field. I really enjoy all the staff I worked with. The place is fun to work at. The environment is professional and creative.
It can be difficult to progress your career here at this firm. The workload was rather stressful and tedious at times.
Your employees are the foundation and strong point of your company; treat them right.
If You Shoot for the Stars, You Won't Get Out of The Stratosphere Here.
The higher ups at this firm don't seem care a whole lot for us in the support team. While the starting salary and pay may be high, don't expect to get a raise or bonus anytime soon. I learned that the hard way. Promotion is very unlikely as upper management positions rarely become available.
Thank you.
