### Job Description

The successful candidate for this position will provide sophisticated legal writing and advocacy work for clients primarily in state and federal courts. Duties will include:

* Handling hearings, depositions, discovery responses, and client meetings with minimal supervision
* Working on diverse litigation in a variety of areas including maritime, personal injury, commercial litigation, construction, and business tort matters

### Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

* Virginia license
* At least two years of civil litigation experience
* Clerkship preferred
* Strong mentorship and guidance
